Youth Theatre Group Takes Honors
at State Competition

WaCPAC participated in the Ohio Community Theater Association OCTAFest Junior on August 7. The five member cast performed "The Five Pound Sack" one-act play: Sonja Dittmann, Austin Holzheimer, Matthew Kline, Amanda Nelson, Maggie Stutz.
The show was directed by Anna Barrios of Wooster. The ensemble received three awards:

Excellence in Ensemble
Excellence in Acting - Sonja Dittmann
Merit in Acting - Maggie Stutz

Before this event, WaCPAC was held a local competition was held. The show had double casts and there were two performances at the Wayne Center for the Arts theater and a panel of judges selected the cast to perform at OCTAFest Jr.

The other cast members were: Genevieve Fisher-Hoadley, Alex Miller, Jessica Tullar, Grace Turner, Michael Viator.

Both casts did a super job!
